Bell Bank wanted to launch a business-accelerator program for underserved communities. It culminated in a Sharktank-style event at the 3M Open.
They worked with us to announce the program and to recruit businesses to enter.
We created a content-marketing campaign to explain the program and encourage businesses to enter. For the event, we also created audition videos for each business.

The Mayo Clinic wanted to solidify its reputation as a world-leader in its home market, Minneapolis. They also wanted to broaden consumer perception about them to include more routine care. (They sometimes get pigeonholed as a destination for last-resort medicine.)
We created Health Highlights, a weekly content marketing campaign that used infographs to explain the amazing medical care that the Mayo Clinic provides. It also introduced new types of care offered at the Mayo Clinic.
Health Highlights ran for more than 5 years and featured more than 250 infographics.

The University of Minnesota Medical School wanted to establish its brand in Minnesota. Briefly, the wanted to consumers to know that since they were a teaching hospital, they could offer treatments that went beyond the standard of care.
In fact, they were introducing treatments that went beyond the standard of care.
We created Where Discovery Creates Hope, a content marketing campaign that introduced consumers to doctors and scientists developing new treatments and to the patients that received them.
The campaign ran for five years.

Saint Cloud State University wanted to educate Minnesotans about its new investments in their core education classes. They called the initiative, It’s Time.
We created a multi-media, content marketing campaign that brought the initiative to life, sharing and distributing stories about how It’s Time was making a positive impact on the institution.

SPIRE Credit Union, which is now Blaze Credit Union wanted to educate the market about the range of services that they offer. We created With You at Every Turn, a campaign that used an illustrated version of their CEO and spokesman, Dan Stoltz, to share SPIRE’s services.
The campaign has run on-and-off for 5 years. It expanded from a print and digital campaign to include animated commercials, outdoor advertising, and even a children’s book.

Sunesta wanted to increase sales of their retractable, outdoor awnings. It’s a high-end product that appeals to an older demographic.
We created a 30-second spot, Your Outdoor Living Room. It shows consumers that installing a Sunesta awning extends their living space into their yard.

Compeer Financial specializes in rural real estate transactions, including rural homes and hobby farms. They are able to process loans that most commercial lenders cannot.
As the pandemic increased demand for rural property, they wanted to capitalize on it. We created New Beginnings, a content marketing campaign that stories of home-buyers who had worked with Compeer, overcame obstacles, and moved into their dream home.
The campaign is now in its 5th year.

Alerus, a North Dakoda based financial institution, wanted to increase customers in the Twin Cities. To do that, they needed to increase their brand recognition, which was low. They pride themselves on their service, and their culture evokes a folksy vibe.
We created Staying Financially Fit, a content marketing program that offered advice on financial issues to everyday Minnesotans.
By offering free advice in their folksy tone, we made demonstrated their commitment to service and made them more approachable. Our internal tracking showed that their brand recognition increased by double digits.

Gutter Helmet wanted to increase sales of their gutter guard in the Twin Cities. To do so, they wanted to promote the benefits of the product.
Gutter Helmet owners save time not having to clean their gutters. They are also safer, as they avoid the risk of climbing up a ladder.
They also wanted to get a jump on the season, producing a commercial at the start of 2024 In Minnesota, where we tend to get a lot of snow, this is difficult to do…
We created That’s My Story. Using animation, we were able to produce spots before their season.
The animated characters were based on actors. To add a little realism to the story, we cut to the real-life actors in the final frame.

Upper Lakes Foods needed to recruit new truckers, warehouse workers, and office workers. They asked for help telling their brand story.
The company is family owned. They wanted job candidates to know that they would be treated like family.

To demonstrate it to potential employees, we created “Join Our Family,” a video series that had ownership, management, and (most importantly) employees sharing their experiences at Upper Lakes Foods.
